In my lounge chair, wishing I was in a duck blind.

72F here outside with a hell of a wind out the south. Still waiting for more rain to fill up my duck hunting spots.

72° wind from the south west.
At this point, anything that appears down range is gonna get the business.
Yet, I am grateful to be here, battling the gale.
God bless us all.

Claiborne parish. 73 degrees. Wind south about 15-20 but feels like 50+. Mosquitos are back pretty quick after the cold last week. Anything edible is going down today need some more meat before going back to chasing ducks.

Actually just witnessed a tree get blown over probably a sign today is a waste.

Bow hunting out of a box stand on a levee near the Miss river at Giles Island. Already had a shooter body buck at 40 yds with 5 on his right side but a big thick jacked up left side making him a no-go for now.

Came to a box stand cause weather said rain. Glare on my phone from the sun makes it hard to read

Me and little foot here, mini fiot wouldn't get out of bed to tag along today, wise move. The boy has killed 1,212 lady bugs. Wind is howling. Odds of seeing a deer are at all time low.

Can't wait to go home and eat bacon and eggs
