This thread title makes it sound like it's confirmed, news not mentioning and looks like all it was is Rush saying he'd like Cruz for AG. Seems click baitish type thread.

I like the hire. Ted will clean house. He's a weird guy that I wouldn't vote for as president, but I think he'll do good in this role.

This is a good choice.
From a political perspective people have to remember Ted came in a strong second thus he brings a lot of support from the hard constitutional right.

If this is true, Obama will have to Pardon Hillary, the Clinton Foundation and her staff. This is the Chernobyl of destruction to the DNC. It will damage them for generations to come.

Cruz was Solicitor General for Texas for a while and served as an associate to the state attorney general and worked in the Bush DOJ for several years before the senate. He's a pretty strict constitutionalist as well and is a smart guy. I obviously didn't support him in the primaries but this job is perfect for him.

Wrong again. He was given info about the meeting from the Trump people. Rush and Trump are good friends. If you listened to Rush you'd know that many of his ideas on Monday and made positions by Trump on Tuesday.

yeah, I've checked a bunch of sites and none are reporting this. Usually, Rush will cite where he got some breaking news, like AP. Perhaps he was just speculating why Ted was there yesterday.
