when I was a kid I used to go to Comeaux's on Kaliste Saloom, loved the boudin there, it was/is a gas station

Billys is my current favorite.
Since boudin got so popular they putting less and less liver, which I like liver. My favorite of all time was from Billeuds Meat Market in Montegut.
