when I was a kid I used to go to Comeaux's on Kaliste Saloom, loved the boudin there, it was/is a gas station

Best Stop should obviously be included in your list

eta: anyone know if Comeaux's is still there?

Billy's might be the best.

Here are two that aren't talked about enough on here, and I've had Billy's, Don's, Best Stop, Market Basket (LC), and others.

Cormier's in Jennings has some amazing Jalapeno Boudin. It's a close second to Billy's.

Cormie's in LC - Is about as good as Cormier's.

Best I've had is T-Jim's in Cottonport. Regular, smoked, red, and smoked red are all on-point.

I also used to really like Mowata Store, but it seems like it's gone downhill. Nunu's and T-Boys also put out a good product. Never cared much for Billy's or Best Stop.

As far as boudin balls go, the pepperjack-stuffed ones at Kartchners in Krotz Springs are the best I've ever had.
