First actual sip was my dad's beer while he was snoozing in the tub. Yes, I was a daddy's boy that was always up his arse, including sitting in the bathroom with him while he tried to relax in the tub. Poor guy. I was probably five and would sneak (not really) a sip when he put the face towel over his eyes.
First full beer away from my parents was a can of beast stolen from a friend's dad's fridge. Circa 7th grade.

My grandpa used to give me the last swig of his beer sometimes when I was a toddler. He stopped because my dad found me digging beer cans out of the trash and finishing them. The first I can actually remember is when I thought my dads whiskey drink was a Coke and took a big swig. I was probably 10 or so. No wonder I'm an alky.
