Was in town for some business at NAS and stayed downtown. Obviously we didn't spend a whole lot of time in that area.

Most people don't wash their hands either. Don't get me started on how often throughout the day dudes touch their junk, or women adjust thongs/panties/etc.
Don't get me started on kids. A toddler is the most dirty, vile, disgusting creature on the planet. I would let a dog lick my face before a 2 year old touches it with his hand.

That is true. Based on AKC data on attacks, maulings and deaths, Chows and Rotts are the 2nd and 3rd most vicious dogs by percentage of registered animals involved in incidents. German Shepherds are 18th. Seems like that mix is a pretty dangerous combination (there are probably as many different methodologies as studies, all reasonable methodologies place these three dogs in the top 20, some in the top 10).
