I used to get prolonged eyelid twitches during extremely stressful periods of time.

Occasionally I'll get overwhelmed with work and family and poop some blood. But that's usually due to over indulgence. So yeah, I feel ya.

I think that's a nerve issue. Usually a sciatic nerve issue.

I had a rough couple of weeks several years ago when the palms of my hands itched terribly. 24/7. To the point I couldn't sleep. No rash or any other manifestation.

Yes. I lost a daughter 3+ years ago. She was 15. Beginning the day of and lasting weeks after I developed what I can only describe as chronic arthritis in my knees. Could not walk without crutches and a lot of pain.

Not sure if you are spiritually inclined but prayer and quiet time reading the Bible helps immensely. If not, I'm sure another form of meditation has a similar effect.

Also exercise. Harder for your mind to wander at home when you are physically tired from good workout.

You are a bad manager and deserve the stress. You are giving your supervisor 100x the stress you are experiencing.

Yeah, I got Prostatitis over what I'm convinced was anxiety. Kept on popping up during one part of my life, and then when that part of my life ended, the condition cleared up almost immediately.

The 4 years doing my dissertation in computational fluid dynamics. Qualifiers plus publications plus defense.

My dentist x-rayed my teeth before and after grad school. I grinded about 3 mm off my rear teeth. I had really aching and sore jaws all the time and really bad headaches.

Stress is for real.

Yes, for about 6 months I got full body ticks due to dress/anxiety. They went away in time.

Yes, my previous job was quite stressful and cause me to lose a significant amount of weight. I have since left and moved on to bigger things. I did not realize exactly how bad it was until I left, as my weight went back to normal and began to feel better all around. I guess I didn't realize this due to the fact that I loved the actual work.

Works for me. Especially boxing/bag training. Good to relieve stress on a bag plus wears you the f out.

This has happened to me also during high stress periods. Always coincided with severe insomnia.

I was renovating my first house and had already was moving out of apt in 3 weeks. The stress caused a ulcer. When I look back on this over 20 yrs ago it doesn't seem like such a bid deal. At that particular time it was pretty stressful

Been in similar situations which led to drastic life changes. I'll never work a job that stresses me out like that again.
