Made chicken Shawarma for dinner last night. Not bad at all!

You have a good recipe for the chicken and rice pilaf? You grill the chicken or rotisserie it?

How did you cook the chicken? Each morsel has a nice fond on it, better than you find at most Middle Eastern restaurants with the fancy rotisseries.

Looks like he just sliced up the chicken and cooked it all cut up. Doesn't look anything like the slim pieces you get from an actual restaurant

Instead of using breast and thighs I used all thighs and grilled them rather than the oven method.

Oh, forgot. The hummus was a white bean hummus I bought at Sam's. Pretty good stuff!
