Least favorite seasons of great TV shows

No particular reason for starting this thread. I'm just bored and think I'll enjoy the discussion.
1. I'm using 'least favorite' instead of 'worst' because I realize that this is subjective, and I don't really consider any of these seasons to really be 'bad' television.
2. I'm just listing seasons of some of the really good shows I've seen, but feel free to discuss other shows.
Game of Thrones - Season 5: This almost seems to be a consensus, so I won't bother going into detail. I would say the hate is overblown, but the truth is it was still extremely popular with critics and fans.
The Wire - Season 2: I think the popular answer may be season 5, but I just found this season to be the least interesting.
The Sopranos - Season 4: Not much to say here except I just wasn't really into it.
Breaking Bad - Season 1: The first season is what immediately comes to mind, although I'm not sure I'm a big fan of 5A if you split up the 5th season.
True Detective - Season 2: Not really sure it's fair to include a show with just two seasons, but this was easily the biggest drop in quality of the seasons I've listed.

Was that the New York Season?

It was the one with Jack's dad and brother. It was full of over the top coincidences, forced plot points and rehashing of previously used methods.
NY was either 7 or 8; I don't recall. I liked both of those though, so watch what you say

Fayed was great but yea overall it was boring when it wasn't unintentionally hilarious "dad, I mean Uncle Jack, Grandpa's gone crazy! He keeps talking about me being his legacy!" "Josh, your future is in China!"

Season four delivered some of the best episodes of the series.

The office when they had that God awful pear shaped British chick
Parks and Rec with Billy Ichner
The worst season in television history is the last season of Dexter
The last season of Chuck was rough
First season of Seinfeld
The last 2 seasons of South Park
That 70s show after Topher Grace and Kelso left

99.99% of people will say season 2 was clearly the worst of The Wire.
You could literally skip it and the show wouldn't change outside of the docks. It does nothing for the story arc and the fricking idiot kid is such a hateable character.

I really wasn't a big of Season 4 either. They really should have just cut out the last five minutes from the Season 3 finale and ended the show right then and there. Shaw was such a great villain. The show was never the same after his defeat.
