Longterm the Baton Rouge protests will affect BR real estate and investment

Here's what Baton Rouge can expect longterm regarding media's support of the BLM protests that will likely occur for months:
1: The media will cover this for weeks or months and drag Baton Rouge's reputation thru the mud.
2: The protests will likely occur in a small area of the city that does not represent the city as a whole, but the media narrative and images will give the false impression that Baton Rouge is a shithole full of thugs when in fact most BLM protesters will be from out-of-area.
3: The constant negative protests will be bad for the BR real estate and commercial investment market. People with the financial means to quickly move away from Baton Rouge will do so. They'll move far enough away where they'll be shielded from the coming BR property stigma. Essentially white flight (including successful blacks) will occur.
4: As property value plummets, lower/middle class will fill the void and buy property. Defaults will occur and vacant property will rise. Commercial exodus will exceed commercial investment.
5: Ten to 15 years from now once nice areas of Baton Rouge will be populated by a lower class devoid of financial means to maintain property - property value will further plummet.
6: Crime will rise.
Remember, before the Ferguson protests Ferguson was actually a decent area populated by middle class whites and blacks. It was one of the safer best maintained areas for blacks to escape inner city problems.
People in Ferguson are now having a hard time selling their homes because of the racial stigma associated with that area. In fact, people across the entire county (North County) are experiencing the same issue. It's because the media falsely paints a picture that the entire St. Louis area looks like the one mile strip in Ferguson where the riots took place.
BLM protests in Baton Rouge will be very harmful to the local economy, especially the longer the media focuses on the protests.

This is the third or fourth thread you've started hoping Baton Rouge burns.
You want for Baton Rouge to imitate your shitty state's race relations. It ain't happening.
Stop posting.

Go be shrill on Facebook with all the other women and SJWs.
Assuming the protests remain as they have been, none of the stuff you typed is happening.
As an aside, have your estrogen levels checked ASAP.

Have you ever been to BR?

How are you not banned yet?

BLM protests in BR will be a minor pothole compared to the crater that Katrina opened up in the city's future.

Violence and white welfare cops shooting a brotha is okay, apparently.
