I agree the Government should run restaurants because there is no reason that I should be denied my right to eat at Commanders Palace and forced to eat at Burger King. There is a racial component to pricing of the food that can't be denied

It's usually 6-8 person minimum to be able to use auto grat.

If you were the owner of said restaurant and there was a time of the year when you were going to close, which week would you close if you did have some work that needed to be done?
I'm not kidding, I know many small business owners in Nola and Metairie who close for this week. Most just feel it's a dead period for them and they will get no business. Others just think it's the right time of the year to do it.
There are plenty of restaurants in other parts of the city that will be closed and none of them have any exposure to this crowd.
