I'm hoping for bad possum finger sandwiches to be donated to CCU's clubhouse before the game, like we did to Puk.

What time is the game that will be played on Monday?

Lsusports "super regional homepage" says 12, 3, or 6. I'd venture to say we're safely in that 6pm spot. As other game 3s are no longer necessarily, I think they will first chop off the noon and then the 3pm game. However, with the size of our fan base compared to the other possible game 3s I'd imagine we get the night game.

I would think a potential UF/FSU game would take the primetime slot over LSU

Yeah, hopefully fsu closes this out tonight, and hopefully lsu makes this a decision worth worrying about

LSU has lost every game that I've watch on TV this year. I'm going to stick with the radio.

They've lost every game this year that I attended live at the Box. Unlike last night, I'm staying home tonight.

I threw the possum shirts away (we got them for free so I didn't lose anything) and the household is going old school tonight. Jeans, polo, profit! Been superstitious since I played ball. Ready for tonight, hope we have a more balanced pitching approach. 2 of their 3 homers were cockshots... You can't throw a fastball to a guy expecting a fastball in an 0-2 count. Surely AD will adjust his calls. The young men will be ready, Cannizaro promised last night on the radio!

I want the Tigers to win!

Unless Ags get rained, there is only the LSU and UF games that are possible for Monday...sadly perhaps no games will be played tomorrow.

Here's what the ESPN app on my Apple TV shows for Monday's lineup of Game 3's:

12:00—Oklahoma St vs. South Carolina (now unnecessary), ESPN2
3:00—FSU vs. Florida, ESPN2
6:00—UCSB vs. Louisville (now unnecessary), ESPN2
6:00—Coastal Carolina vs. LSU, ESPNU

No guarantee, but 6:00 looks promising. And I would imagine it would be on ESPN2 now that the other game in that slot won't be played.

Weather not looking good. Skip the Poche plan. Go with Gilbert.

Kinda agree but then again we don't have that luxury I think. Poche doesn't really throw that hard either so I guess it just depends on how long the expected delay will be. If throw Gilbert and they tag him early that could be extreme pressure on a young team that's already 0-1. Last week against Rice their plate approach was terrible until the 7th.

Looks like a minimum of 1.5 hours and possibly the night.

We have to win 2 games either way.

True but pitching Gilbert in a game 3 is different because at that time CC's bullpen will probably be depleted too. Doesn't look like they have much depth there and is probably the weakness on the team so even with Gilbert on the mound getting tagged a good chance LSU can match them while if we go up against their #2 today, they tag Gilbert and he shuts us down we go home. Or I should say stay home not go home.

What's the NCAA rules on when a game has to be delayed into tomorrow?

Pretty sure we can't restart after 11.
