My wife is wanting something like tiny spicy chicken from oriental wok in Alexandria.. If anyone knows what that is and where a very good Chinese place is around here please let me know!

Also should be able to seat 7 and a high chair.. Thanks..

Find the nearest strip mall and take-out.

Not really... Depends on what's expensive to you?

Omi is by far the best Chinese in town.

Omi in BR. Not your stereotypical Chinese takeout.

Hot Wok in Dutchtown. Thier mongolian beef is always on point.

Dinner for 7 is always going to be more expensive than dinner for 1.

Omi.

Get a variety of dishes and pass them around family style.

9 Dragon Noodle House gets my vote.

I like Omi, I just like 9 Dragon better.

The only time I've been to Nine Dragon there were cobwebs in the corners of the dining room and in between the table and wall where we were sitting. The cobwebs were so old, there were skeletons of large insects inside them. So clearly the table wasn't wiped since the previous millennium.

Omi is great, no arguing that. But it is very difficult to please people who love the Wok.

Did you eat at 9 Dragon, or 9 Dragon Noodle House? The NH location has always been clean on my visits.

I like the dry fried beef and double-cooked pork at 9DNH better than anything at Omi. I'm just not a big fan of cumin or eggplant, two of the better-known dishes at Omi, and I think the dry fried beef at 9DNH better than the spicy chicken. I know I'm in the minority, but I'm OK w/ that.
