He's always been 330lbs or a little more. Not that it's all bad weight but I think some need to come to their senses and realize this kids a legit NT it's what he built for. And anyone that has that size and the ability to eat up blockers will work wonders for our new 3-4 even if he's a rotational player he would be a God given gift in stopping the run.

Agree. I think we should all meet by Mikes cage at 5 pm and rally for Valentine.

Nothing that happened in November had anything to do with Trey L and Valentine.
Wrong. Those two scholarships were wasted on Defensive Linemen that didn't play a down for us in 2015. Where were we thin defensively last year, especially in November?

This would be so huge for us and our defensive line depth.

he wouldn't go to class and he wouldn't stop smoking weed. It's not impossible to think that he's matured,

The fact that he's out of shape doesn't inspire confidence that he's no longer lazy and undisciplined.

He might work out ok, but I doubt it. He must be extremely talented for our coaches to take this chance.

Failing multiple drug tests and getting kicked off the team is the definition of a bad teammate. Especially when you know you are getting tested and 100 other guys on the team didnt fail.

Not even remotely close to fighting with and stealing from teammates and blaming quarterbacks for losses.

Would give us a lot more versatility and able to move Godchaux to DE some.

If he only stayed eligible for this one season, he could make a huge difference. I assume he'd go pro right after if he plays well. And if he play that well, all Tigers will be smiling.

I know, and do people really think this guy can't lose 10-20lbs over the summer? He wouldn't start right away, but by mid October, he could see a ton of playing time. Think of him more on what he could do for us down the stretch in the big games and in 2017 with a senior loaded group on the line.

His role would be limited if he doesn't come in till the fall; but it's not inconceivable to think that he could be put in in certain situations and told to just eat up the two guys in front of him.

agree with the guy that said we'd be fine if he gives us just one good year...then our depth should be fine after that...
