Got back from Denver today. Wanted to stop by Blue Oak for some of these legendary wings I keep hearing about, but they were closed!


Back on the keto pain train. I have a wedding coming in February, gotta get skinny AF by then. I could feasibly get to my goal of 220 by then if I lose an average of ~2lbs/week. Totally doable if I dedicate myself to it.

Not sure if anyone cares but I've lost 85 pounds in the past year and the FAQ on Reddit's loseit subreddit was pretty helpful for me ... that and MyFitnessPal, which I see is already linked in the OP.

current weight would be ok if i were or wanted to be more swoltened, but 180 is ideal given what i like to do for exercise (swim, paddle and ski, and once knee heals or I have successful surgery: run, backpack, cycle, climb, and more skiing).

i've never done keto, but I'm about to start. been working my way up to it slowly.

On a 24-hour green tea fast, after a guys' beach trip has left me a little toxic and bloaty.

Keto/low carb people: have you tried Cello Whisps Parmesan Crisps? The only ingredient is parmesan cheese. Per 15 chips:

100 cal
7 g fat
<1g carb
9g protein

I get them at Costco, and they're amazing. My favorite snack.

I keep gaining & losing the same 4 lbs. I have friends who cut carbs, but have one cheat day per week. I've tried that, but I'm tired of weekends totally derailing my progress. Back on the "food is fuel" mantra.

How do y'all handle your diet with a SO? Does she/he eat like you do? My BF has the diet of a fat kid. He eats candy & pizza nearly everyday. But he's very athletic & doesn't gain weight. We cook a lot of meat for meals, but I have to actively avoid junk food, since it's always around. How do you handle it?

Long time lurker. Used to read the old thread and finally decided to just dive in and see what kind of results I could get after eating like shite and not working out for years. Hoping posting on here will help me stick with it. Words of wisdom and recipes appreciated. Im going the Great Barrier Reef the first week of July and want to look as good as possible for that, but would like to keep it going after.

3 weeks into keto and down 8lbs. Will admit I cheated the first two weekends because of whisky and wine hangovers. First week was tough and got some serious headaches but I stuck with it. It's helped that some of my friends have actually noticed and said something about me looking a little thinner. I started working out 6am Mon-Wed-Fri last Friday.

Ok so started this a long time ago under a different name but fell off the wagon and now back to square one. I know what type of diet works but just want some advice on what the most popular workout plans are here for fat loss or where I can look up different workout plans?

Also any recommendations for protein/post workout or pre workout anyone takes? Or if you're looking for weight loss of its recommended to even take extra protein/post workout

Here's to starting another journey that hopefully I can stay on

Back on board. Had a few weeks of vacation/slacking. Managed not to gain, but also haven't made progress. Ugh.

Here's to hoping the carb withdrawal symptoms pass quickly.
