It's hard for me to do strict keto too. The running, I need some carbs. Just try to make sure they come from clean sources like fruit, veggies or brown rice/quinoa.

Typically the summer I slow the running down and crank up the weights so I do more keto.

Anyone have a commendation for breaking a plateau on Keto? I've lost about 55 lbs but need about 10 more. Been hovering at the same weight for a while.

Like hulk said a true fat fast as described in the fat fast cookbook on my linked google drive in the op.

Or rapid fatloss handbook diet by Lyle McDonald but honestly in your case fat fast would be much much better.

I felt a ton better today by eating before mid day training. Here is what I ate:

1.5 scoops Metabolic Drive protein
10 almonds
1 large spoonful of JIF crunchy peanut butter
10g BCAA

I had tons of energy and didn't feel gassed out at the end.

I do all my weekday runs fasted. I typically eat a sweet potato and peanut butter before my long Saturday run.

Mmm. Now I want cauliflower pizza.

Down 2 more lbs this week. Yay! I've been binging on tennis lessons. First league match is next week, and I'm freaking out. So not ready. When does your league start? Do guys start at 3.0 rating?

I wanna get in on this.

Went on my honeymoon the week after Christmas and pigged out. Wife and I got real fat, so we started the Whole30 last Wednesday. Some of it was probably a lot of water weight, but down 8 lbs. so far.

Breesus is beating me and I'm not happy about it. Especially considering I've got probably at least 15 years on him in youth
