I am not sure of any health benefits, but I use it over regular salt because it taste great. The sodium nitrate, or whatever regular table salt is, tastes like chemicals to me now. I hope you experience the same.

Me too, I honestly would take sashimi over any food other than Japanese fried noodles. Love Japanese food and love how I am able to stay on any diet when I go.

I could pull off steak or sashimi for every meal.

Trying the low carb thing and started tracking everything this morning. As of now I'm at 46% fat, 45% protein, 9% carb. Any ideas to increase fat and lower protein?
Obviously the first thing I'm going to do is lose the tomatoes.

Your fine at least for a while. If weight loss stops,do a fat fast for 7 to 10 days. Fat fast would be as close to zero carbs as possible and over 80% fat at 1000kcal. From there you you add protein and fat to raise calories back to the level you were before but you do it over the course of 4 to 6 weeks.
So in your case if you stopped losing weight at 1800 cals, lower to a 1000 by removing most protein and all carbs keeping fat at about 80-100g per day. Then the next week add 40g protein and 5g fat. Do that each week adjusting the protein and fat numbers to get back to the 60/30/10 macro breakdown. Hope that makes sense.

Eat dinner?
Looks like a decent choice so far.
Depends on what is in the egg casserole.

Yeah my bad, this is a tracking of today. Haven't eaten dinner yet but I was looking for ways to increase fat without keeping the protein parallel with it. My goal is to eat 1700 calories a day, I'm only at 1250 right now.
For example I want to be around 60/30/10 but as of now I'm at 45/45/10. Is it as easy as changing the way I cook the chicken? (I baked the chicken for lunch) or what other little side items can I add that will impact fat more than protein, etc.

bulletproof coffee is a great way to get in extra fat during the day. coconut oil/mct oil (1-2 tbsp) + 1-2 tbsp of butter mixed with your coffee in the morning. And by mixed, I mean either with a blender or a blender/vortex bottle type thing.

I found the key to keeping it crunchy is keeping the sauce super hot so it's thin & runny. Pour it in the bag with the rinds, shake it up really good and make sure everything gets covered - then stick in the refrigerator immediately.
The fast all that happens - the crunchier it is. Warning: this stuff is like crack.
