The person who bought tix directly before me won a bottle, not sure which, and the person who bought fix directly behind me won a bottle (I think it was the Pappy 15 year ).

Woo hoo.

Won a bottle of 10 year Pappy.

Been the last 3 years, but tonight was my last. Heard a guy pass me saying he had 23 tickets. I guess you can’t fix people getting everyone to show up to buy tickets and give them to you, but it just seemed unfair in sorts. Glad they raised the price, think they quadruple the money to charity. While it’s hard to get upset about donating money to charity and not winning, people cheating the system against others doesn’t seem right.

Won’t be back. Shits not that good anyway, just the only chance i have at buying rare whisky at a decent price. I’ll stick to the stuff that they put on the shelves.

No, just a drinker. He was stopped a dozen times on way out, with offers for the Pappy

I was standing next to them. He and the lady each won when the other left for the restroom.

I won twice tonight. The Kentucky Owl Rye 11yo and the 4 roses cask strength. Excited about the roses but I'm doubting I'll enjoy the rye over the cost. The stag and pappy big winner

Well baws...

Raised $13,000 for Cancer Services of BR tonight

The older lady representative for them was literally in tears after the event talking to me

Thanks everybody for coming out and drinking with us. Congrats to the winners too. Like to see TD guys bringing home the goods.

That Kentucky Owl Rye is legit... even if you don’t necessarily like Rye

Why didn’t Calandro’s match dollar for dollar what was raised at the door? That would have been the right thing to do, IMO.

We threw 600 dollars in to get to 13,000... we do donations and charitable contributions all year adding up to a small fortune

So what you’re saying is doing what we did wasn’t that right thing to do?

Man sometimes I just laugh at some of y’all
