I don't think I'll make it though. The only weekend I have "free" is this weekend but my BIL is in town since he's missing Christmas for their bowl game.

I did... I thought both were awesome, but different.

The maple on the CBS was more subtle and on the finish. I thought you could taste more of the barrel/booze in the CBS too. The shade was like a maple bomb up front but then smoothed out nice with barely any heat from the whiskey.

I guess Id give the nod to Shade but both or amazing beers

I was there. I was #14 in line at opening, but the bottles didn't make it until 11:00 and people didn't wait. That bumped me to #9, allowing me to get the Saz18
