So, for the test tomorrow, I'm pretty sure he told the class that there wouldn't be specific things go into this test. Does anyone here know what isn't and what is going to be on the test tomorrow? What did he say the two problems were going to be based off of again?

This guy fails to give out a practice test for us to study and go over. It's killing me right now.

Any help or information would be awesome and appreciated. I'm sure there's a few of us in the same situation as me.

The larger problem is probably going to be why you are on a mostly social and casual topic message board at 1:33 AM looking for information about a exam that is now only hours away.

I empathize with you. I hope you find what you're looking for. Try Yik Yak. Probably a better place than the OT.

Statics tests used to be very easy to find. We always had several old tests to study from. But in any case, the test were identical to homework problems. Just do a bunch of those. Only thing difficult about Statics is showing all of your work in the amount of time they give you to finish the test. You need to get it right the first time, no time to just figure it out along the way and have to start over when you realized a mistake. Otherwise, it's rather easy.

Ah yes, the good old "wait until the night before" study plan.

Don't worry, McDonald's won't care what your Statics grade was.

Seems like a no brainer that your test is modeled after the homework.

Let me guess, you don't do the homework.

Send out an email blast to the entire class. Everyone loves getting those.

If you think you deserve practice tests, you might want to quit while you're ahead

I remember taking Statics as a bright eyed Freshman at UT. The professor kept pointing at illustrations of cantilever beams and would say, "suppose I have a rigid member x meters long"...It was hard to keep a straight face for the rest of the question.
