Hey, it's me again. Sorry I probably should have put this in my last post but I kept reading and saw this. Same suggestion as above. Carry on.

The state of Texas should just execute every biker in that place at the time. Bikers are human trash, no reason to keep them around.

This looks to be the case. I do wonder if Renya will bring back these charges to a new grand jury. Hell, I just want to see how the trials will work. So far he's got a grand jury to give indictments to well over a 150 of the people who were there that day.

"Quit" yelling at "me" and "calling" me names. This is about biker gangs unfairly "in" jail.

Darth, I think I "actually" agree with Paul Looney, of the law firm Conrad and "Looney".

That's the $64,000 question. I've heard most of the people killed or wounded that day were hit by cop bullets. But is that true? Who knows? And there's a lot of other unanswered questions that's lead to all sorts of conspiracy theories, some plausible, some pretty far fetched.

One of the main ones is that this whole thing was orchestrated by the FBI and ATF by them using CI's to infiltrate both the Bandidios and Cossacks. According to this theory these CI's in both clubs are the ones who instigated the fight. The reason for this is the Feds want to crush the Bandidos by using RICO against them. Now is this true? I have no idea. I do know though the Feds had an ongoing operation at that time against the Bandidos named "Operation Texas Rocker".

Hopefully most of the criminals will plea bargain for reduced sentences and those with clean records and minor charges will just take probation and move on with their lives being smarter for it.

These trials could cost untold millions

well even if the cops killed the people, they can still get convictions if they prove that the police reaction was due to illegal behavior of the bikers. on a much more simple example, if you rob a bank and somebody involved gets killed, you can get a capital murder charge even if you didn't kill them

Bandidos

I was in a gas station Saturday morning getting a fountain drink. I turned a corner and accidentally shoulder checked some guy. He said "my bad" and I said "oh excuse me" then I see a 1%er patch on the vest he's wearing. As he walked by I looked and he was wearing a Bandidos patch.

I shoulder checked a Bandido and he didn't do shite. I bet you've never done that.

You're right. As of today there are over 150 people facing trial over this. The cost to the city of Waco would be astronomical. But, from following the story, I'm guessing the state of Texas will never have to try any of these people. I bet what will end up happening is all these indictments will be rolled up into one huge RICO case which will push the whole thing over to the Federal courts.

And for the record, I do believe there are some of those 150+ who are guilty of some pretty serious crimes and they should be prosecuted. But I'm also sure there are far more of those 150+ who are guilty of nothing and should be let go.

Be honest, you got a few hot dogs and taquitos with that "fountain drink", didn't you?
