You're right.
But from what little is known of what went down, it looks like this situation is a bit more complicated. Yes there was a fight that broke out (and according to some this fight was orchestrated by CI's but that's another story). But it also appears that when this fight broke out the cops who were already in position and had the area surrounded, all opened fire at the crowd outside and shot people indiscriminately. Then when it was over they simply arrested everyone there irregardless if they had anything to do with the fight or not.

That might explain why they not only arrested every biker there, but also charged almost everyone there with some pretty serious felony charges.

Well one of the cornerstones of the 1%er lifestyle is that no matter what you don't talk to the cops or cooperate with them in any way. That is probably paying a part in this.

FWIW, I've made it clear on several occasions that I've never claimed to be a 1%er.
