That's right at the limit for any sort of mass - I would say for biceps, 5 or 6, maximum effort no cheating (you can cheat a little with the EX curl, but only at the end of the rep).

Pull-ups have already been suggested so my advice would be to also include heavy dumbbell bent over rows.

barbell curls
Hammer curls
Seated concentration curls

That was Arnolds mass building exercises. Also go heavy on the Tris, that's the biggest muscle in your arm and will push the Biceps out.

Combine standing dumbbell curls, hammer curls then standing reverse curls into one exercise.

Do more tricep workouts. This will improve strength, and make more mass in arms. Bicep is such a small muscle.. work triceps more and you will see better results and more mass in arms

Did you really post a picture of your arms? Actually did you really take a picture of your arm?

OP needs to be more worried about that skin cancer on his arm than bigger biceps.

For biceps 10-12 is probably a better range for mass

Grab some 20s and do sets of 50 reps. Seriously.

High high reps and variation.

Don't mind some cheat reps if it's 2-45's on an Olympic bar.

For isolation curls I always wanted to try an arm blaster.

What's with that exposed single light bulb. Quite a depressing picture.

I just started doing intensity reps. Like it a lot.
I get out 40s, 20s, and 10s. 20 reps a piece as fast as I can (under control) with no rest in between weight change. You look like a poon struggling with 10s at the end, but it seems to be working pretty well.

Eating a lot of the correct food will also go a long way.
