Maybe you just don't have it. Some people can't get calves, some can't get abs, you are predisposed to puny biceps.

I know. I usually fluctuate between 190-200. Hopefully I can gain some weigh soon and get bigger. I am light for my height

I started doing 100's because I hit a plateau as well. For biceps, in your case, seated db curl @ 50% of 1 rep max 10x10. Then 3 sets of 80% 1 rep max to failure seated concentration db curl followed by 3 sets of 80% 1 RM anvil curl. Don't plan on doing much of anything else that requires biceps after that for a little while....
