Precision continues to suck. No surprise here.

They used to have reasonable prices (I bought my G17 there) but these new owners are out of their minds with their prices.
I called a couple months ago for a quote on a Shield. They quoted me at $515. $115 over what Bowie's was selling it for.

It wasn't. Other mags were priced similarly.

Looks like Cheaper Than Dirt price gouging from a couple years back during one of the "ban assault rifles!" scares.

GI mags like that are aluminum. H&K steel mags are about $50 each though, USMC gifted me a couple of them.

I used to trade my home brewed moonshine to Josey Wales for sackfulls of metal mags.
I had no idea my moonshine was that expensive?
Josey

Why don't they use polymer clipazines?

Well this was a Brownells mag. And Brownells has them listed at $13.99 online
Precision gonna Precision.

I was thinking they hit 9 one more time than they should have... $4.95.

I wonder if those are the old USA steel mags from the 90s era. The consistency of their failure rate was not an admirable feature.

Nike. Just your basic brownells GI mag

They are issued in some units that GPC them.
