It's not racist. Romanowski would have been licking his chops to get a chance to lay Cam out, then spit on him when he was on the ground. He called Cam out for being a "Boy." Actually, he should have called him a baby instead of a boy.

It could possibly be taken that he was telling him to grow the hell up. However that doesn't fit your narrative. Cam is an exceptional athlete and has every physical tool to be great. Cam's problem is he is a front-runner. When things don't go his way he behaves like a disgruntled teenager at best.
