SAN FRANCISCO – The Texans are expected to play a regular-season game against the Oakland Raiders in Mexico City next season.
It is an obvious choice to have Oakland play a home game against the Texans in the international series that's being expanded beyond the United Kingdom, according to league officials familiar with negotiations.

Makes more sense than fricking London.

The Raiders should just become a traveling team without a true home, like the Harlem Globetrotters.
Play home games every year in Mexico City, Toronto, London, San Antonio, Portland, San Diego (when they play the Chargers, of course), Las Vegas and Oakland.

They could play it in either city and the same amount of Mexicans would show up.

They should play in Toronto

It would not surprise me at all if the NFL puts a team in Mexico in the next 15 years. Either Mexico City or possibly Monterrey which is closer and wealthier per capita.

Neither make much sense.
I'm not sure Mexico City would support a team and I'm very confident they would be at a significant disadvantage attracting coaches and free agents.

Just move the Raiders to San Antonio already and half of Mexico City will make the trip

We care about the health of our players!!!
Now make them go play in the most polluted city in North America.

This is why Davis threw out San Antonio as a possible new home for the Raiders.
If the Raiders moved to San Antonio, the Mexicans would swarm to watch. Rich Mexicans, too. Tons of affluent Mexican nationals live in the Dominion (upscale, where ppl like George Strait and David Robinson live) down in San Antonio.

But of course Jerry Jones would never allow it, he has the Mexican market cornered in these parts.

Indeed

I love Latinos, though. We know how to party down here

sounds dangerous, but hey both of these two fanbases will fit right in.
The typical Texans fan still struggles to understand why a score is worth 6 points rather than 1.

You tried way too hard, KK, and should feel bad about it.

Hope the players are up to date on their vaccinations.

Klark absolutely hates Latinos and Houston. I've heard he keeps his hood on when he posts sometimes

Might as well klan hard in the paint if you're in the game

Well, he's kind of right. You can imagine the Raiders.

Roving bands of raving Central Americans isn't a good mix with alcohol and football. Someone'll get stuck with a shiv.
