Ot Oh hell. Need advice

Had to get a lawyer for a felony case. The agreement was $5000 down and $400 for additional court visits. The case was eventually no pros the day before trial date. No trial
The the lawyer sends a bill for going to court for no pros when tbere will be no trial. I'm not paying. I think the no proc is the same as trial. What ya'll think?
