If they could only show up against lesser competition Texas' schools, they'd be #1. shite, they should have swept OU this year, completely outplayed them in their first game in Norman. How is this team ranked 14?

If you're gonna play that game then it goes both ways. They should have lost to Iowa to Ames. Hawkeyes completely outplayed the Cyclones and led all game, by as many as 15, until the last 5 seconds.

Does Iowa State still go after a lot of transfer players?
I seem to remember reading an SI article about them a few years ago that discussed how their coach likes to go after transfer players to build a sort of "island of misfit toys" type team.
