They're still together? Hell I thought they had broken up

more like slutheart. Spieth needs to slay as many 20-25 year old DFW girls that is humanly possible. for all of us

Gotta park in the basement and walk upstairs every time to get in the house?
Screw that. I wouldn't buy it.

Another thing people are overlooking for whatever reason is that Texas has no state income tax.

Unless his tournaments are played in Texas, doesn't do him much good

you don't get taxed based on where the tournaments are

Texas big cities suck huge arse compared to New York, Chicago, San fran etc etc when speaking of the city experience. Dont get me wrong, the suburb part of the cities are great, but the actual "city" part of Houston and Dallas blows
That's why you can't compare cities that grew up in different era's. Chicago had Dallas current population in the 1890's...

I think that's just the carriage house. Surely there is a normal four car garage on the main level.
On a side note, that basement basket ball court needs to be a cigar bar.

NYC is a fricking cesspool compared to Dallas and its surrounding area.
I don't get why people think you HAVE to like NYC. A majority of the city is disgustingly overcrowded and it's cold as shite. Wouldn't move there if I had Spieth's money

I hate NYC and Houston, but personally think the DFW area is one of the best cities In the country and I've been to most of them.
All the others are way to cramped for me, I personally love how spread out DFW is.

Lol yes you do.
And most professional golfers live in AZ, NE FL to Hilton Head, Southern California, and DFW.

Dude better not blow all his cash. I know he is loaded but that is an expensive house and he has to pay property tax and maintain it.

Do you have any idea how big his under armour contract is? That's just under armour too.

Incorrect
quote:
Just like you, tour pros owe income tax to the federal government and the state where they live -- unless their home state has no income tax, like Florida or Texas .
They also have to pay income tax to any state where they earn prize money. So a guy like Rickie Fowler, who won money in 13 states with income taxes last year, will have to file 13 separate state returns by April 15.
