Pluckers is far and above any of the wing restaurants in town. Both in the food itself and the service.

Call BWW Corporate and threaten to call Tyson and let them know what is going on at this location. You should probably get some goodies for your silence.

Sounds like my one experience at the BWW on Clearview in Elmwood. Took forever to get drinks, most of the food was barely warm when we got it.
We cut our losses and just realized that we'd never go back. There was no point making a complaint since we wouldn't have gone back anyways.
If you can't properly serve 5 tables during the afternoon, all the gift cards in the world won't make me go back there.
