the Stegosaurus is legit!!

The TRex doesn't always look like an obvious dinosaur from some angles.

Sounds like my one experience at the BWW on Clearview in Elmwood. Took forever to get drinks, most of the food was barely warm when we got it.

We cut our losses and just realized that we'd never go back. There was no point making a complaint since we wouldn't have gone back anyways.

If you can't properly serve 5 tables during the afternoon, all the gift cards in the world won't make me go back there.

Worst service is the one in algiers on the westbank. This was all in one night, should have left after the beers...

15 minutes before the waitress came to our table and got our drink order. btw GHETTO arse waitress that would throw you an attitude, you can see where this is going. 30 minutes for beers and the bar was pretty empty as was the area we were in, 30 minutes without seeing our waitress. she dropped off the beers then went to get straws for other people's drinks at our table, 20 minutes later came back with it. By that time another waitress gave it to us already.

Sounds bad right?

Made our order, I specifically asked the waitress sauce on the side. 45 minutes later the 50 wings come out, all with sauce on them and her excuse was she forgot to input it and do we want another order. sure i told her just to take the order for the wings with blazing sauce back(10) since its way too spicy drenched in sauce. 15 minutes later, manager comes and asks us hows service etc, told him about the wings and he went and fetched 10 sauceless wings. she comes back 15 minutes after the manager with 10 wings, oh someone brought it for you? we told her the manager and that its fine we're good on wings, she drops it off to us anyway and tells us its on the house.

sat there for another 45 minutes or so, haven't seen our waitress since the wings. One of the girls go to the restroom to wash her hands at this point, sees her in the restroom talking on her phone. 20 minutes later, waitress walks out and brings us the check.

check comes out showing:
70 wings: 50 from original order, 10 manager brought out, 10 that were "on the house"

called manager over, he ended up only charging us for 25 wings and the beers because I told him I don't want a giftcard because I'm not coming back. if you're there to work, then fricking work.

I live in Indiana, otherwise I'd gladly teach you how to take a good arse beating, then take you out for a beer and talk about what you learned.

I kid, I kid. Secretly, I like the boneless variety as well. I do man up for the chipotle dry seasoning through.

I agree. That's why I only order there on Mondays, Wed or Thurs when they're having wing specials

Achieved by backing your chair away from desk, spreading legs wide, and leaning forward at 45 degrees

BWW is a good place to go drink beers and watch a game because the beer is cheaper than at a bar.

I will never go back to that location again. We went there one night and received some of the worst service ever then come to find out not only were they short staffed but they couldn't use the fryers because the Fire Department was back there tending to an "accident". We went ahead and hit the pavement on that note.

How do you eat BWW boneless wings on the reg?

I went to the Lafayette location once around 2008. Had two bites of the boneless wings and walked out. Horrid. Never been back.

At least give the guy credit for being honest to you.

Boneless wings are just chunks of breastmeat cut up. I know they had chicken breast, just cube some, bread and fry like normal.

Hell go to the store and get breast meat, but not frozen wings. I hope you got a refund.

Generally this is received pre-cut and is a different product and price. No doubt a poor substitute.

This guy is actually a very good manager and new to BWW. He's very capable of turning that store around if supported by upper management. This store has been an issue since I lived in BR 15 years ago and wouldn't envy the challenge of fixing it.
