Alabama will beat LSU again

Whether or not this brings back the Miles discussions depends on how LSU does up to that game

Everything you said is true, but on the Negative, Miles is back also.

IF Saban is on their sideline and Miles is on ours I take the Saban and under for Tide to win.

OP, is you're prediction is based on an untimely death of a coach or two?

I agree, LSU at home, JR QB...

BAma will have a younger QB for the first time in years

They actually lose 6 of 7 from that front seven. Those six will all be drafted and play on Sunday's. The lone guy coming back is a true freshman, who will be a first round pick after his junior year. Yes they do reload, but this front seven was the best I've ever seen in FBS history. They can flat out play. We always play them tough at home, so next year could be the year. A lot depends on Cam and Harris and I guess of course Miles. Can't call plays with that scared deer in the headlights look he had in T-Town

If LSU played Bama early in the year I might would agree. But here's the problem, Bama gets better and better every week as the year goes on. LSU is no better in the last game than they were the first game. And since 2012 they actually regress.

Marked week to week improbement of the players and team is the difference between the two programs and why LSU flops and Bama wins championships.

And being as though we play them late in the season I would disagree.

They lose Coker. Lose Henry. Lose some of their D line. Play them at home. We have a returning starting QB. Returning GOAT RB. Guice will make the same leap Fournette made form FR to SO year..scary! Dupree, Dural, Johnson will be back.

They still have Saban, we still have Miles. Bama will win.

Strong opening statement but the battle for the off season championship is fought on the SECRant not the TRant. TN's dismantling of Arkie's postseason dynasty last year does leave the door wide open.

The same crap is said every year about Bama. When will people realize that superior coaching is the difference maker? It really doesn't matter who they lose as long as it isn't Nick Saban. This is not a dig at Miles either Beefense, Rickdaddy, and Choctaw. This is just the ugly truth and it hurts.

Bama loses players every year and does just fine. Just because a team loses starters doesn't mean there isn't talent behind them that will step up.

Lost McCarron, made the playoff with Sims. Lost Sims, made the playoff with Coker.

They recruit well and are well coached. They'll be Bama next year too.
