To be fair, you obviously care a whole lot, contrary to this recent, self proclaimed "IDGAF" stance you've taken recently. Probably why people think it will be hard for you to step away from it.

However, you have a very unlikable internet persona (real life could be different as I dont know you personally). Less autocratic and contemptous and maybe more modest and genial. Schlenk would be a great start. Gyno was on him before I was, way back in 2013. Dude has been an up and comer and has gotten attention for awhile now and hasn't left GS. I have to think if he's leaving, this is the offseason. I hope it is us.
I'm just not sure our organization has that kind of vision. I'm scared of a Dumars type.

I don't totally disagree here. If MM could get more of Lowe's personality he could go far.

If you guys listen to Lowe closely, he hates all the internet people as much as I do, maybe more. He always takes vague shots at them. How they know so little, how they are annoying "truthers", etc.
He just doesn't go at them directly because he makes his living doing this. Believe me, if this was paying my bills, I would smile and act modest and likeable too. But if you think that Lowe thinks that you all are on par with him, he has you fooled.
They all think they know more and that the internet is full of stupid trolls, they just are incentivized not to say as much. But listen to Lowe's pod closer. He says it in very vague ways.
Start paying me, and watch how likeable I become.

Demps sticks through the season and we slump along close to the 8th seed.
Demps is fired, we hire Dumars.
We attempt to trade EG and have no takers and let him expire. He signs elsewhere.
We package our first round pick with Asik to dump him.

Bold Prediction - We do some dumb shite in the offseason and I say that I'm done with the team and then I get excited for the season to start and then after 10 games I'm like man frick this team I'm out and then I keep watching the rest of the season.

EG and Tyreke will finish above 53% from 0-3 ft fg attempts. Tyreke will dunk.
AD will miss 5 or less games the rest of the way.
We take the Spurs to 6 games in round 1 of the playoffs.
