OT Workout Thread: We are here to pump YOU up..

Finished the 5 week bench program and back to my good, old one body part per day workourts..
National Chest Day!
Flat Bench: 265x6, 275x6, 285x6 (moving up 5 lbs on every set next week.)
Incline Bench: 225x6, 235x6, 235x6 (ditto)
Incline DB Fly: 45x8, 50x8, 50x8
Light Cardio this AM ~30 min at 65% HR and I'll do some light cardio this PM (9ish) for about 15 min. Maybe a CF workout around 5ish.
I'll probably miss tomorrow due to some clients coming in from overseas
Wed: Back
Thurs: Triceps
Fri: Legs
Sat: Shoulders
Sun: Off

Good work son.
I started cycle 11 of wendlers 5.3.1 program today. Today was 3x 5 bench day.
5x180
5×205
5x235
Then did 5 sets of 10 reps boring but big wide grip bench at 135.
Did some triceps assistance and 4 sets of bent over barbell pendlay rows.

I did 50 squats the other evening with no weight at all. My legs hurt so bad I could barely walk 2 days later. I'll just stick to beer drinking from now on.

So far, 3 sets of 10 with just the bar Hope to add 5 lbs. to each side when I grow stronger. Really feeling it.

I'll hit 350 for 3-4 reps this week.
I slacked off on squats after I strained my left hamstring 6-7 weeks ago hitting 285x5 on Front Squats. A huge knot at the top that limited my range of motion. It's almost 100% good to go.
