What are your Fitness Goals for 2016?

2015 has been a great year of gainz. I'm already starting to noodle on some strength goals for 2016. Definitely hitting the 1000 lb in the first half of the year. What say you?

To weigh 185. I'm getting too old now to continue to lift like a young guy. It's starting to hurt

I have convinced myself to try and run the Vegas marathon next November. Not sure why, but I'm going to give it a go.

Unassisted one arm pullup
Muscle up
Pistol squat: I used to be able to do these, but had an unrelated injury and haven't worked back up to them yet.
Also want to find some secluded place where I can do stuff like tire flips without people gawking at me.

I'm around 170 to 173 and it has been hell gaining weight.

-Portion Control on my meals
-Eat things that won't kill me
-Sub-200# weight (hopefully helping me to stop snoring)
-Reduce my BMI by 10 pts
-Run a 7 minute mile
-Eventually get back to my rugby "playing" weight so I can feel comfortable joining the local clubs

Widen your stance and make sure your feet are pointed slightly outside.
