Gee, I don't know. I mean how busy? Do you have very important things to do and very important people to meet?

I had a leftover pork chop with two fried eggs this morning. Took all of 4 minutes to make.

French vanilla yogurt + almonds + flax + peanut butter + dark chocolate (sometimes) + granola. 3 minutes, tops.

Boiled eggs are about the easiest breakfast possible. Boil a half dozen on Sunday, there's your breakfast for the rest of the week.

ha, reminds me of comedian Brian Regan's bit on pop tarts. Who doesn't have time to toast the pop tart and has to use the microwave?

Make a large batch of steel cut oats on Sunday. Reheat in microwave all week with some nuts, honey, milk and fruit.

that's not healthy at all. Not saying you said it was, but just for clarification for the OP.

This. Starbucks begins making it when they see my car. It's at the counter by the time I've walked up to the cash register. I recommend the dried fruit topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon and vanilla.

Yep. Especially when you add dried fruit like someone said. I highly doubt oatmeal from Starbucks is healthy but maybe I'm wrong.
