Does anyone else have a hard time getting excited for the NFL after CFB?

Anyone else struggle with getting pumped for the NFL after watching college games all day on Saturday?
Why is this?!

Not me. CFB, like the NFL, is very mediocre right now. JMHO.

Because I'm more emotionally invested in college football. College football Saturday's are my favorite...I'm watching from College Gameday til 2 AM.
The NFL on the other hand is emotionless. I'm not emotionally invested. If it wasn't for fantasy football, I probably would have a hard time watching. And I hate Goodell

No.

No because of Fantasy Football

I've always been more invested in the NFL. I enjoy college ball, but it's more of a casual watch for me.

If LSU sucks, I still get into CFB. If the Saints suck, I'm mildly interested in NFL.

Flags and gratuitous commercials are ruining both sports.

Excited? I never get "excited" for NFL football. I do enjoy relaxing on Sundays, though. Having the NFL on in the background is usually part of that.

Saturdays are fun and college football is rowdy.
Sundays are lazy. Go to church, eat a big meal and fall asleep on the couch while the NFL is on.

Yes, i watched these close and exciting games that weren't riddled with penalties
I'm playing metal gear solid. No NFL today

Not at all. I prefer the NFL. This is mostly because LSU's offense has put me to sleep for the better part of a decade now

Same sport, completely different experiences.
CFB is like a cultural ritual. There are traditions, pageantry, and emotions that the NFL just can't provide for me.
NFL is the professional version of football, and it feels that way. While I do like the NFL, the overall perfection of the teams make it hard to get emotionally invested.
Especially being in SEC country, I don't think I could ever have the same feeling and reaction to a player dropping a crucial pass like I did when Georgia's receiver dropped that ball. I was in a restaurant and the entire restaurant erupted when he dropped it. There's just something there in college football that the NFL doesn't have.

I would normally say no, but with Michigan blanking three teams in a row and Gameday coming to Ann Arbor...yeah.

neither is the same anymore. I don't see how one is better than the other.
in college there are a lot of good games but involve teams I don't give a shite about. I can't stand it when people act like they give a shite about a game that ends 52-45. Play some fricking defense please.
the pro game is super annoying to watch now b/c of all the flags.

It doesn't help that the storylines aren't that great. Aside from Rodgers and Brady twerking people, nothing really that entertaining or compelling to watch in the league right meow. Cowboys season is over, the Chip Kelly stuff seems to have faded, and Legion of Boom stuff is stale. Obviously, the Saints aren't that entertaining, but I'm watching for the younger players from this draft so that at least makes it interesting to me. But outside of that and fantasy football, the league's efforts to make it unwatchable are almost kind of working.

It's so boring compared to cfb (especially when your team sucks).
