I think there were artist renderings for the Superdome and Smoothie King Center video board improvements in an Advocate article. Trying to fine it now.

not that i have seen yet. I don't think it is anything revolutionary. basically just kicking the adds father out and stretching the board.

Why can't we just hang one from the center? frick that Mercedes emblem. The can polute the board with their ads.

They did a feasibility study on a hanging one. Not sure why they didn't go with it

do they usually show images on the boards during the ball?
outside of that, i cant imagine construction in the upper deck would affect a ball on the ground

need to paint the endzones. I want one black with gold "Saints" and one gold with black "Saints". The black and gold 50th aniversary NFL shield at MF would have been boss. Saints marketing people suck - their uniforms are about 1/5th as cool as they should be (fix the colors, stripes, wear throwbacks sometimes, get rid of the dopey collars) as well.

No it won't.
It has to be done in a one month span during late summer.
They haven't made a final decision on the design either, so I'm not sure where you get your number.

Coronation or Extravaganza? The Extravaganza will be on February 6th, which is 30 days after the installation. I'm fairly certain there won't be any issues if you ask me.

There was somebody on here awhile back that said the reason they don't fill in the endzone is to minimize the runoff and mess of washing the paint off. They would have to wash off the Saint's logos to paint on Tulane's, but now that Tulane has moved out that shouldn't be a problem anymore.
If I had to design a field for the Saints. I would use the Louisiana logo at midfield
. Then I would have one endzone similar to the old endzones.
and the other one similar to the Super Bowl 44 one.
