Is there a decent public transportation setup or Uber or should I just rent a car?

It's a really nice place to stay but can get a little expensive. The buffet style food is great and if you drink BYOB for your room even water. Anything that you touch in the frig is way over priced.

You're not missing much on the Cajun Bloody Mary at Empire. I had it passing through a month ago and it was a let down. Overall cool spot though!

I'd probably rent a car, you can get around using Centro but it's likely going to be more of a pain than driving yourself to dinner or around the area.

If this game was at 6:00pm, they would be busing alcohol into the bars for LSU fans.

If I was a bar owner, I would be upset about the revenue they are missing out on from LSU fans.

I would open my bar @ 8:00 and make a killing

Wednesday - Islanders vs. Devils (preseason)
Thursday - Giants vs. Redskins
Friday - Yankees vs. White Sox
Driving to Scranton after Yankees game

Was planning on bringing a bottle of booze, but didn't think about water. Good call!

What bar will be open at 8am. They get my game day vote and could make their year on Saturday morning.

Not 100% sure when the salmon are running in Lake Ontario but I think it may still be on. Used to do some fishing there and caught some big ones. Louisiana boys would have fun getting on some big freshwater fish. Damn good eating right on the back of the boat.

Finger lakes region is pretty nice too. Good Walleye fishing in those parts as well.

Skytop is easy since you can take a free shuttle over to campus before and after the game. Manley also has parking, but it will likely fill up before skytop
CuseTiger -
What're the best times to get to Manley and/or Skytop to ensure you have a parking spot for this game? Also, is it easy to catch the shuttle back to the lots after the game?TIA!
