My old grill has seen better days, and will now be going to the scrap yard. Looking for a propane grill for under a $1000. What does the OB say?

Come by and test mine before you buy, if you want. Though it'll only make you want it sooner.

Subtle brag thread. Buy a 3-400 dollar one from lowes and let it last 5-6 years. Repeat.

I say Primo or spend about $150 and replace it more often.

When I was getting my propane tank filled at the hardware store, they had a genesis, no side burners or infrared, SS grate. $550. I might buy one for quick afternoon grilling or when I'm smoking something when get the primo.

Home Depot has a Kitchenaid for $469, its all stainless. Went to look at it and it seems pretty sturdy. Tried to buy it at 2 different Home Depots, couldnt get anyone to help me get it down in covington....twice and the slidell store couldnt find one of the 4 it said they had in stock.

Guess ill be getting a Weber from somewhere else or get in on Wicks buy. No idea if I want to deal with charcoal though.
