Really? Why?
It's the same end around play they've used on other policy issues they can't garner support for in the legislative branch.

Using a piece of legislation that was written before the internet was invented the govt is saying that talking about guns, ammo, use, repair etc is illegal because the internet crosses international borders and could be used against us. Basically saying that comparing grain weights on 9mm bullets is akin to emailing the blueprint design for a tactical nuke to North Korea.

So is this being enforced as of immediately?? Or will it even be enforced is a better question.

My guess would be that it's going to be enforced on certain individuals and not the mass public right now. Get somebody high profile and try to bury them to put the rest of the sheeple in line. That or one day all of a sudden your favorite gun blog or youtube channel will just be gone.

Guess I'm on another watch list.

There would be no possible way to enforce this. There are too many guns out there to make sure everyone stays hush on the subject. That would be like banning talking about cars on the internet. You just couldn't do it. Not to mention you can purchase guns on the internet. So not being able to talk about it, but you can buy it?? At this point I'm convinced the current administration has stock in some gun/ammo manufacturers. It seems like once a month something stupid comes up where they try and scare all the right wing gun owners. Last month it was banning green tips, and this month it's banning talking about guns at all, lol.

If they want a revolution, pass it and try to enforce it.

I don't think they have enough agents to go knock on every swinging dicks door who makes a comment or post about a gun. They couldn't enforce it if they just did facebook alone, much less the entire internet. Not to mention somebody in another country could easily make a comment then they spend time and effort into tracking somebody who they can't even prosecute. It's all stupid.
