Anyone been? Reviews? My wife's parents are coming in next weekend and we are thinking about taking them. We live a few blocks away and they want to walk somewhere. Before anyone says la petite or shaya, they've been to both and want to try something new.

Lilette is just a few blocks away and is a far batter option, imo.

Yeah, they've done that too. I guess what I want to know is whether it is worth trying or should I just go with one of the other restaurants near by

I live in the neighborhood and just haven't had the inclination to actually eat there. I guess I've never found Dominique Macquet places to be that exciting. I mean they're not terrible, but they've been uninspiring.

Is the new place in the old "Martinique" open yet?
How about trying that?

Unfortunately, that's a little too far of a walk for the in laws

Might as well. It probably won't be open long.

Avo has been open for about a week now.

Who keeps backing Dominique? Either that or he has some elaborate, innovative Pop-Up schemes...

Went to happy hour with wife. Was unimpressed with the flat breads. Wife also went a second time. Liked the curry quinoa but not the vegetable one. Seems to be more miss than hit for us. Based on our HH experience it would be hard for us to justify an entire meal that would cost 100.
