I'm a first time home buyer with a credit score of 745, and the lender is offering me 3.625% interest rate with a 3.8% APR 30 year. For all the homeowners, are those good rates for me; what are some of the rates you locked in? TIA

Got the exact same rate in March at 3.625% on a 30 year. Historically low rate that I lucked out on with the timing. Jump on it.

I refinanced in 2012 for 3.375% on a 15 yr mortgage.

Historically speaking, its almost impossible to get a bad interest rate these past few years with a good credit score.

2.875% back in 2013, on a 30 year note, but it's a 7-1 ARM (yes I know what I got myself into)

4.25 30 year fixed, June of 2014. Had a couple dings on my credit from back in college that prevented me from the best rates, but I am happy with it.

Closed on that exact same rate with Chase Home Mortgage in May of 2013. You cannot beat a $804/month house note, PITI included.
