Is it still okay to piss on other people?

The official source for this information: the 2015 Boy Scouts of America National Shooting Sports Manual, available as a PDF right here.
You’ll find the relevant sentence on page 99. It reads: “Water guns and rubber band guns must only be used to shoot at targets, and eye protection must be worn.”
Water balloons, meanwhile, have a size limit: “For water balloons, use small, biodegradable balloons, and fill them no larger than a ping pong ball.” (Page 100)
If you need more explanation, see page 61 of the Guide to Safe Scouting. The key paragraph reads:
“Pointing any type of firearm or simulated firearm at any individual is unauthorized. Scout units may plan or participate in paintball, laser tag or similar events where participants shoot at targets that are neither living nor human representations.”

If you've got a grammar merit badge then you should probably return it.

Tell me Canteen Boy, have you ever seen a grown man naked?

I have no problem with that.

Wow.
I assume they're no longer allowed to have knives as well? Or are they allowed safety scissors?

You hate freedom?
What do you have against water guns? I still have a super soaker from my younger days.

I don't think the BSA commissioned the gay Scout Masters on purpose. Two separate issues. They've always been all about teaching safe use of guns so I'm not surprised by this really

Seems like those would kinda hurt since the won't break.

I knew the end was nigh when they banned British Bulldog.

Considering that the Scouts were started as a way to teach boys military type skill sets at an early age, I find it funny they can't even shoot at a paper silhouette.

I beg to differ. People who sue other people/organizations for retarded shite have gone to shite.

This is why I did not let my kid join the scouts. His friends at school came back from camp bragging about how they shot bb guns and shite, and he told them at our camp we shoot 12 gauges and 44 mags.
IMO scouting is for kids whose parents don't know enough about the outdoors to teach their kids.

Sorry you feel that way. While outdoor skills are a large part of the organization it actually teaches leadership and teamwork at a young age. Also, those that make it to Eagle Scout have already put together a basic business plan and carried it out to completion for their project.

Who would want to play paintball or laser tag if you can't shoot at each other?

Next thing ya know, they won't be able to eat the Brownies anymore.

Did you know that the BSA has more rules/legislature and documents than any other entity in our country besides the federal government?
It's for things like this...and probably people that try and sue sue sue over everything. But let it be known that mothers are really active in boy scouts and this is probably from them.
