I've only seen up to halfway through season 2 but what does HODOR only mean? I know he's a character from ASOFAI but it seems like people say 'we are HODOR' as a type of fan and I couldn't find an answer in Google.

Mean they aren't a book reader

It's basically a big no spoilers tag

Yep, its for the dumb people like us that don't read good. There's a separate maester/book reader thread for those educated folk

Sigh.. I think I'm kind of one of those people.. Maybe a notch or two above, but still below your average Hodor.

My fear is that the Dany/dragons shite won't add up to much in the end. This show has a tendency to build things up to either not pay them off or to disappoint people. If that happens with the dragons it's gonna suck.

Given the season 5 artwork centering around a dragon and Tyrion I'm hoping they have a bigger part to play.

Just catching up with this thread...people are questioning if Jon Snow is Robert's son? Even though his mother is a mystery so far, I thought it was made pretty clear that he was Ned's bastard son. Where is this Robert talk coming from?

I don't know about him being Robert's son, but there is obviously a mystery of who his parents are. Combine that with how much they pound into our head's how honorable Ned Stark was, it wouldn't be surprising if he was taking a bullet to cover for someone.

Pretty sure guns do not exist in GoT.

he was far too badass of a character to be killed by Brienne

There is no such thing as someone too badass to get killed by Brienne. She is a straight up badass herself.

That being said, I did like Sandor's character a lot, and I feel kind of miffed that he had such an ignoble end crying about his brother and all.

To me that humanized him and made him a likable guy

the hound was weakened by his infection from the biter that he refused to let ayra burn out bc he hates fire.

so even with that, brienne is a badass but hound not at full strength
