Personally, I didn't really care for the Eisenberg casting choice either. Hopefully, he delivers.
yeah, Ill wait till I actually see it before I make a conclusion. I know, weird right
I do think it's him in the trailer talking about devils come from the sky. I think he sounded pretty cool.

I don't like the confrontation in the rain, too reminiscent of The Matrix.

Meh.
I like Afleck as batman, but this movie isn't looking that great. I guess I need to reserve judgement until I see it, but this didn't move the needle for me at all.
DC just doesn't get it done in its movies. They got rid of the original WW director because DC wanted her to have a love interest which she was against and I think suicide squad will be a shite show as well.

I have been in defense of Affleck as Bruce.
Where them folks at now?

It is. I thought the quote starts off cool but then I only hear Columbus after a certain point.

He looks good as Bruce and as Batman so far. We'll have to see how he does in the final film, but it looks promising. Again, I'm more concerned about Eisenberg. That's just going to be strange to me until I see him pull it off.

I liked the Matrix. It so underrated.

I like the way this is looking so far. Will watch.

Without a doubt heard Neil deGrasse Tyson in that trailer.

I hope you realize these do not illustrate the point you think they do. Ever.

what is really making him looking good in the trailer?
He looks angry, then says a cool villain line through a voice mudulator. I could have said that line and sounded bad arse.

I knew you would come post a reply to that post. I knew it 100%.

The matrix had a fight in the rain 15 years ago...so now fights in rain are no longer allowed

I'm not saying that, in all likelihood that confrontation is probably towards the end of the film.
So you probably wouldn't want it to mimic another famous fight seen from the end of another famous film.

I'm noticing some people out there are thinking that Superman is relishing in this worship of people. Like Superman feels that he's above everyone. I thought it was pretty clear that Superman is not interested in all of this attention. He is not in approval of this God like worship. That's what I got from it.

I agree. I was surprised when I saw that some people thought this way. Some even say that he looks like a villain. Clearly there's no way that's possible.

Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and Man of Steel are all great.

No they didn't. They got rid of her because she wanted to change everything on the movie from the time period it's set in to the costume, to tone, etc. Pretty much the only thing the studio (and the screenwriter) and Michelle agreed on was the name of the movie. They also said that she was having an issue adjusting from directing tv episodes (usually a week for most episodes at the lengthiest) to a big scale production that requires months of filming and really a year to see the entire process from start to finish.

I would say that's actually unlikely

Well by that logic, no superhero movie can have a big fight in a city setting, no action movie can have our hero kill the bad guy at the end of the fight in a brutal way, and no romcom can end with the couple getting together while the movie ends to some sappy upbeat love song.
