37 still getting carded. Started losing hair though so that's been fading some.

Works well in technology, though. Most older folks are okay with younger people being better at technology.

Yeah but if you have to teach them the technology, they are usually against it. Or at least from my experiences. Eventually you just kinda have to tell them that it isn't an option.

That's when backing by administration comes through (in hospital settings). A lot were against it, but it's not really a choice, typically.

I'm referring to having a young management over older individuals. And it doesn't clash well with the current gossipy work environment in most places.

Nah, I used to have long hair but my beard has always been somewhat groomed. I love the outdoors but gotta live in the business world too, unfortunately. I was doing some consulting when this pic was taken on Admiralty Island.
