Wonder what would constitute manslaughter in this case....if they were fighting and she felt threatened then she is off the hook completely. Seems like 2nd degree murder is more likely

It just chaps my arse when someone posts something vague saying:
"Well I know blah blah blah, but I can't get into the details right now."
Why the hell even say anything at all?

Use to be good friends with both sons...I went to SPS with them. I use to spend the night over there. Man, that's crazy.

Fighting, arguing, then pulling gun and shooting is manslaughter. That's heat of passion.

I thought that was 2nd degree murder...manslaughter would mean the killing was not intended. In the heat of passion if I pull out a gun and shoot you in the head I pretty much mean to kill you....not premeditated but certainly intended

i keep telling the guys on the OB not to buy your wife a gun, or teach her to shoot. Dead men tell no tales.

Allegedly the good doctor helped a lot of north shore women take care of their "accidents" before anyone would know.
It will be interesting to see what details about his practice are made public (that everyone knew(

How do you know that and how does it impact this case?

Allegedly you are a despicable a-hole. I can say he was a great doctor and kind man to our family for a decade.
