Nicolas Cage is a legend and has one of the best resumes in the last 30 years

Moonstruck
Raising Arizona
Wild at Heart
Leaving Las Vegas
The Rock
Face/Off
Adaptation
Matchstick Men
Lord of War
Kick-arse
How many actors in the last 30 years can claim a better resume? Cage has been directed by Lynch, Coppola, Coen Brothers, Scorsese, Scott, Jonze, Jewison and Herzog and given many memorable performances along the way. He deserves more props for being a great actor. Even in his bad films, he's very entertaining to watch. Hail to the king, the legend, the GOAT Nicolas Cage.

Django
Wolf of Wall Street

How the hell can you leave Con Air off yor list? That's one of the best movies of this generation.
You also left off National Treasure

Agree with Leo. Not sure I've ever seen a film that he has been in that I didn't like (although Django went up and down. Some parts of the movies were pretty damn good, some parts were just awful)
Also a big fan of the Quick and the Dead that he did when he was a teenager. Had to watch Romeo + Juliet in high school was also good.
As for Cage, I know National Treasure is kind of like an Indiana knock off but I enjoy those films as well.

A few.
BUT, this is true . . .

Cage is very talented, but he's made some bad choices. I'm pretty sure, though, he doesn't give a frick when he's cashing the check.

And you didn't even include This Boy's Life where he acted circles around DeNiro and Ellen Barkin as a young kid. He was absolutely brilliant.

He puts out like 80 movies, he's bound to have hits.
Also, the great movies he is apart of are not because of him, rather just a great movie or cast.
Travolta was better in Face off
The Rock wand Kick-arse were great regardless of his role.
Raising Arizona I give him credit, but those Directors are legit.
Any ways, he's not a king, but he is decent. He doesn't even watch his own movies though. That always seems odd to me that you wouldn't watch your own movie even ONCE.. but I know Shatner won't watch himself either. I understand it can be weird seeing yourself on screen, but major movies I would want to see even if I was in it..
